To give our dessert lab the time it needs to work its magic, we suggest placing orders at least 7-10 days in advance for creations under $100—because even flans require time to set! If your order falls between $100 and $300, aim for 2-4 weeks ahead. For events exceeding $300, it's best to book up to 3 months in advance. Remember, it’s first-come, first-served, so get your orders in early!
What is the price range for ordering my wonders?

What if I need to cancel my order?
Life happens, and we get it! If you find yourself needing to cancel your order, here’s how it works at The Big Flan Theory:
Cancelling 72 Hours in Advance: If you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery, we’ll give you store credit for your deposit, valid for one year. You can use this credit for future orders within six months.
Cancelling Less Than 72 Hours Before: If you cancel within 72 hours, we’ll have to keep your deposit—sorry, but no sweet surprises here!
Last-Minute Changes: If you need to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order and it’s not due for at least 72 hours, we’ll refund your deposit in full. Refunds take about 7-10 business days to process.
